With 20+ years experience as an engineer, and the past 14+ focused solely on the collaboration, coordination, facilitation and management of design and construction integration, Joe leverages 3PQ fundamentals for every client.
Having served as a Base Civil Engineer and Facilities Director; Joe understands the responsibility for long term master plan development, project management for design and construction of capital projects, facilities/infrastructure operations and maintenance, environmental stewardship, and real property management.

Dave has guided client services and project management for design, construction, design-build & integrated project delivery as a DBIA Designated Professional, a licensed architect, and Class-A builder; and has served the industry for more than 35 years.
Throughout his nearly 4 decades in the industry, Dave has acted as Owner, Builder, and Designer. As 3PQ Acquisition & Management System creator, David has mastered Integration, Project Facilitation, Design Management, Construction Management, and Design-Build Project Procurement and Delivery.
